We have developed a detailed delivery model to allow us and our customers to have full control over the entire delivery. It is based on the standard SCRUM, Agile and SAFe frameworks, which makes it easy to add expertise during the course of the project, for example. One of the great advantages of our delivery model is that we shorten the Time To Market. To do this, we start out by defining an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) and then work step by step towards the long-term digitalisation goals.
